Facial Yoga & Massage:Aging care
Want a more sculpted, youthful face—without needles or pricey treatments? Facial exercises might be your secret weapon! Just like your body, your face has muscles that can be toned and lifted with a little daily effort. Whether you’re trying to smooth out forehead wrinkles, define your jawline, or reduce puffiness, these simple yet effective moves can help.
Grab a mirror, get comfy, and let’s work on those smile lines, forehead creases, and jawline definition—one small movement at a time! Ready? Let’s go.
1. Say Goodbye to Smile Lines
Step 1:
- Gently hold the top of your ears and rotate them backward 10 times.
- On the 10th rotation, hold the position and pull upward for 10 seconds.
Step 2:
- Repeat the same motion for the lower part of your ears, pulling downward at the end.
- Do 10 sets for noticeable improvement.
2. Smooth Out Forehead Wrinkles
Step 1: Loosen Up Your Temples
- Rest your elbow on a table and place a clenched fist against your temple.
- Find tense or sore spots, then apply pressure while nodding 5 times and shaking your head 5 times.
- Repeat this on multiple areas and switch sides.
Step 2: Detox Your Hairline
- With your mouth slightly open, use a clenched fist to massage the hairline in small circles.
- Move from the center to your temples to help release built-up tension.
Step 3: Relax Your Forehead Muscles
- Using your fists, massage your forehead in circular motions, moving from the center outward to the temples.
- Repeat three sets to soften deep lines.
Step 4: Release Tension Between Your Brows
- Pinch the inner part of your eyebrows between your thumb and index finger.
- Lift slightly and move up and down 10 times, then side to side 10 times.
- Work across three different points toward the arch of the brow.
Step 5: Deep Brow Massage
- Pinch the same area but this time, rotate in small circles—10 times outward and 10 times inward.
- Move along your brow, covering three different spots.
Step 6: Relieve Pressure Between Your Brows
- Rest your elbows on a table and press the bridge of your nose near the brow bone with your middle fingers.
- Let the weight of your head naturally apply pressure.
- Slightly pinch the sides of your nose for added relief.
3. Deflate Facial Puffiness
Step 1: Activate Your Chin Muscles
- Tilt your head back and press into the hollow under your chin with two fingers.
- While holding the pressure, say “Ah~ Oo~ Ah~ Oo~” out loud.
Step 2: Strengthen Your Neck with Tongue Circles
- Look upward to engage your neck muscles.
- Move your tongue in circles inside your mouth between your lips and teeth.
Step 3: Stretch Your Neck for a More Sculpted Look
- Place your fingers lightly into your collarbone.
- Slowly tilt your head backward to stretch your front neck muscles.
💡 Pro Tip: For faster results, do these three exercises together three times a day to define your jawline.
4. Sculpt Your Jawline & Reduce a Double Chin
Step 1: Loosen Up Your Ears
- Hold both ears between your fingers, pull outward, and rotate them.
Step 2: Work Your Tongue Muscles
- Move your tongue side to side inside your mouth to strengthen jaw-supporting muscles.
Step 3: Stretch the Area Under Your Chin
- Tilt your head back and press the hollow under your chin with your thumb.
Step 4: Jawline Massage for a Slimmer Look
- Using your fingers, gently pinch and lift the skin under your chin as if peeling off excess fat.
